Big Bill Relaxed Fit Denim Jeans - Stonewashed -1950

I live in a country where it's basically impossible to find pants that fit me, so shipping on this $60 pair of pants was about $40 extra

I ordered a 32/36 and received a 36/32

Basics offered to refund me the price of the pants if I paid for the shipping (another $40) on the return. Effectively leaving me out $20 and with no pants

The kicker is that their support team acknowledged that the order was placed in error, as they don't even offer 32/36 pants - so instead of cancelling the order they decided to just send me a pair I'd never be able to wear

The material quality seems great, but I couldn't be more disappointed with the service
