Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from all eligible returns.

A 20% restocking fee also applies to special items and special orders that are canceled prior to shipment.
Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, underwear and socks are non-refundable once opened or tried on.
Shipping Charges

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, including orders that qualified for free shipping.

For free-shipping orders, pro-rated standard shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
