Vickie Page Good communication with owner. Spoke several times. Ordered a Lexus jacket for Monogram.. Though took along time to receive roughly6 to 8 weeks, it wasn't as pictured. Jacket was a different type and color. Lexus was supposed to be on upper left side and was on left upper arm. Name Monogram was good though. I don't hold it against them as jacket was shipped to them from Lexus distribution center. Five stars to the nice owner who. Was extremely polite.
