In this Journey, you will:  

1. Develop your vision for an ideal world and acquire the skills to make it a reality—paint a mural, write a poem or story, film a video, or perform a show about ways society can improve. 
2. Plan a Take Action project that addresses an issue in your community. 
3. Earn the Senior Visionary Award. If you're a Girl Scout volunteer, go to Volunteer Toolkit for complete meeting plans and activity instructions.

Journeys will officially be retired on October 1, 2026, and in their place, we are launching fresh Leadership Awards to celebrate all the ways girls lead—themselves, their teams, and their communities. With flexible options, real-world skill-building, and no pressure to lead a certain way, these awards help Girl Scouts grow confidence, explore their leadership style, and make an impact on their own terms.
