Shipping & Orders
Please review the following information regarding order processing, shipping, and delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. For questions or special requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Order Processing
Processing times vary depending on the type of product ordered:
Standard orders: 10–15 business days
Special orders (including automotive uniforms and custom logo embroidery): 2–3 weeks
Non-stock or custom Girl Scout items: 2–3 weeks
Custom embroidery orders: Approximately 15 business days
Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers will be notified if additional processing time is required.
If timing is critical, customers are strongly encouraged to confirm stock availability prior to placing an order.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or OnTrac.
Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers requesting a specific delivery date must contact us before placing an order. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Girl Scout & Fun Patch Orders
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders of $50.00 or more for customers located in Los Angeles County and Orange County.
Free shipping is also available on complete Girl Scout uniforms, including all required sewing or embroidery.
Discounted Shipping
Flat-rate shipping of $5.00 or $10.00 is available for Girl Scout and patch orders.
The maximum shipping charge is $15.00, regardless of order value.
Customers must note “Free Shipping” in the checkout comments section.
Applicable shipping charges will be refunded after order review.
Processing Time
Please allow 2–3 weeks for non-stock or custom Girl Scout items.
Early ordering is strongly recommended to avoid delays.
Excessive Shipping Charges
If you notice an incorrect or excessive shipping charge on your Girl Scout or fun patch order, please contact us promptly so we can review and make any necessary adjustments.
Custom Embroidery Orders
A one-time $35.00 logo setup fee applies if a DST file is not provided.
Custom embroidery items are produced specifically for the customer and are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective or produced in error.
International Orders
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees. All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays related to customs clearance.
Customer-Provided Shipping
Customers may elect to use their own shipping carrier by providing a valid U.S. shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or issues once the shipment has been delivered to the designated address.
Military Discount (APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses)
A 10% military discount is available for eligible purchases shipped to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
Discount applies to qualifying items only.
Girl Scout items are excluded.
