We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, please note the following guidelines regarding returns:

• Eligibility for Return: We accept returns only for items that are in their original condition—unwashed, unworn, and with all tags still attached. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for eligible returns.

• Non-Refundable Items: For health and safety reasons, underwear and socks are non-refundable once opened or tried on.

• Shipping Charges: Shipping fees from the original order, including those for orders with free shipping, are non-refundable. In cases where free shipping was provided, the return will be subject to pro-rated shipping charges based on standard shipping rates.
